Billing questions
Who takes the payment?
Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. It accepts cards and other payment methods, issues the invoice and answers billing questions.
Do prices include VAT?
For individuals in the EU, prices include VAT. A company with a VAT number can enter it at checkout, and Paddle issues the invoice under the rules for businesses.
How do I cancel?
Any time in the account: Plan, "Manage subscription". Access stays until the end of the paid period, and there are no further charges.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of any payment, in full and with no questions asked. Details are in the refund policy.
What happens to my data when Pro ends?
The account moves to the free plan. Checks older than 30 days are deleted automatically, the rest stays.
How else can I pay?
With cards and the other methods the Paddle form shows for your country. For an invoice to a company or a different API volume, write to hello@spooflens.com.
